Helping You Troubleshoot Your Email Delivery

We make every effort to create filter-friendly email newsletters that are not flagged as spam by Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Unfortunately, some email that you've requested may mistakenly be filtered out of your inbox.

The First Step to Ensure Delivery

To ensure delivery of your Custom House newsletters, please add the following emails to your safe list, trusted senders list or address book:and. If you are not sure how to add an address to your email safe list, please check with your email service provider.

Once this is completed, please follow the instructions below which will help you ensure that Custom House newsletters get through to your inbox.

New Subscribers

After you subscribe to one of our newsletters, you should receive a confirmation email message from Custom House that asks you to confirm your subscription request.

If you do not receive a confirmation message:

Step 1: Check your email at a later time, your ISP may delay sending out the message.

Step 2: Check your "spam mail" folder, "junk mail" folder, "bulk mail" folder or “deleted items” folder for any messages from Custom House and click on "not junk" or "not spam".

Step 3: Make sure your email storage limit is not exceeding the server quota.

Step 4: Contact your email service provider or technical support team to ensure they are not blocking our address and flagged andas spam. To correct this problem, please request they either remove the block or safe list it.

Step 5: Onceandare successfully added to the relevant safe lists, please email to let them know that you want to re-subscribe to the newsletter so a confirmation message can be resent to your attention.

Existing Subscribers

If you are currently subscribed to a Custom House newsletter but periodically not receiving it, your email service provider may have mistaken the newsletter as spam and filtered it into your spam or bulk email box, or deleted it automatically to protect you from potential unsolicited emails.

To help ensure future delivery of your newsletter:

Step 1: Make sure your email storage limit is not exceeding the server quota.

Step 2: Check your "spam mail" folder, "junk mail" folder, "bulk mail" folder or “deleted items” folder for any messages from Custom House and click on "not junk" or "not spam".
