Kathy Neeves

As Vice President, Human Resources, Kathy Neeves oversees the Custom House global HR team in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. In this role, she is responsible for leading progressive HR initiatives to ensure that Custom House is able to attract and retain the brightest talent available.

With over 15 years working within the technology sector, Kathy’s experience includes Human Resources roles in biotechnology and software product companies, as well as high growth manufacturing where she successfully spearheaded recruitment of several hundred experienced employees over a short period of time. Her professional experience is well balanced between both public and private companies where she has built HR functions that are well respected throughout the organizations she has worked with. Kathy has also played a key role in the creation and integration of various remote offices within the United States, Europe and Asia.

Kathy is well supported by her education which includes studying Human Resources through Royal Roads University and completing the Executive Management Program through Simon Fraser University. Armed with a balanced business perspective, combined with a strong mix of both theoretical and practical knowledge, Kathy is driving Custom House’s dynamic global HR initiatives.
